The short answer: we are an independent retailer, not an authorised dealer. We buy genuine sealed stock from established suppliers rather than through a brand’s own distribution network. That is legal, it is common in fragrance and consumer electronics, and it is the entire reason our prices sit below boutique retail. Where our stock actually comes from

Brands sell to authorised distributors and retailers. Those businesses sometimes end up with more stock than they can move — a discontinued flanker, an over-ordered size, a market shift, a store closing. That stock gets sold on to other retailers rather than destroyed. It is genuine product that entered the market through the brand’s own channel and then changed hands. Buying at that point is where our margin comes from.

We are not going to pretend this makes us special. It is the same mechanism behind every fragrance discounter you have heard of, and behind the perfume counter at an off-price department store.
