By making a purchase on www.soundmali.com, you agree to the terms set out below. Standard Return Policy You may return most items purchased from Soundmali.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are returned in their original or like-new condition with all included materials. Items do not need to be unopened — we understand you may need to inspect the product before deciding. Returned items must reach our processing facility within 30 days of initiating the return request. Our Error, Defective Products, or Incorrect Shipments If the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrectly shipped item, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges. Return shipping costs will also be covered by us in such cases. Returns for these reasons must be initiated within a reasonable timeframe. Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected. If confirmed defective, a full refund or exchange will be issued. If the product is found to be non-defective, return shipping fees will apply and a partial refund may be issued. Exchange Requests If you have requested an exchange, the original item must be received at our warehouse within 21 days of initiating your return. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price for the replacement item. Governing Law This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Important Notice Return requests initiated more than 30 days after the delivery date are not accepted. Your standard return and exchange right is limited to 30 days.
